Job Title: AccountsAssistant (Immediate Joiner)

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month

We are looking for an enthusiastic and certified Tally Trainee to join our team immediately! If you are a recent graduate, possess a mandatory Tally Prime Certification, and are eager to build a career in accounting and taxation, apply now!

Key Responsibilities (What you will learn and do):

• Tally Prime Operations: Assisting with day-to-day data entry, basic voucher posting, and maintaining initial financial records under supervision in Tally Prime.

• Documentation Support: Helping to organize and maintain financial documents, invoices, and payment records.

• Basic Reconciliation: Assisting the accounts team with simple bank and ledger reconciliation tasks.

• Compliance Learning: Supporting the team in preparing initial documentation required for GST, TDS, and ITR filings to gain practical exposure.

• Payment Coordination: Assisting the team with follow-ups for outstanding payments and coordinating receipt documentation.

• Report Generation: Generating basic financial reports and summaries as instructed by management.
  

Mandatory Requirements:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree.

• Certification: MUST have a valid Tally Prime Certification from a recognized institute.

• Skills: Basic theoretical/working knowledge of Tally Prime, basic accounting principles, and MS Excel.

• Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner (or available to join within 1 week).

• Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office.

• Salary Range: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month (Fixed, based on certification and interview).
