We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Tally to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in financial record-keeping, GST compliance, and basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP
Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers
Assist in GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Generate financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
Hands-on experience with Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation rules
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
