We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager – Retail Control & MIS to manage financial controls, accounting, reconciliation, inventory control and MIS for our network of 30 mobile retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial control and reconciliation of all 30 outlets.

• Reconcile POS sales with cash, UPI, card, EMI and bank settlements.

• Monitor and control cash shortages, collection differences and financial leakages.

• Review discounts, refunds, returns, cancellations and credit sales for proper authorization.

• Monitor IMEI/serial-number-wise inventory and reconcile physical stock with ERP/POS.

• Control inter-outlet stock transfers and investigate stock variances.

• Manage vendor reconciliation, outstanding payments and payment schedules.

• Verify PO, GRN, invoices and supporting documents before payments.

• Monitor outlet expenses, petty cash and budget vs. actual.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS covering sales, margins, collections, inventory, expenses and outstanding.

• Prepare outlet-wise profitability/P&L and performance ranking.

• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation and working capital requirements.

• Ensure timely GST, TDS and statutory compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors, CA and internal/external teams.

• Identify and report financial, inventory and operational control exceptions to management.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter.

• Experience: 6–10 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in mobile/electronics or multi-outlet retail.

• Experience handling 20+ retail outlets will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, POS systems, GST, TDS and Advanced Excel.

• Strong analytical, reconciliation and financial-control skills.

• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to independently identify financial leakages.
