Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Cash, Bank)

  • Follow-up with customers for payment collection.

  • Invoicing & billing to customers

  • Accounts receivable & payable management

  • Bank reconciliation statement (BRS)

  • GST, TDS related data preparation & filing support

  • Petty cash & expense control

  • MIS reports preparation (monthly/weekly)

  • Audit & compliance support

  • Coordination with vendors, customers & internal teams

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Accounting principles

  • Tally / ERP knowledge

  • MS Excel (basic to intermediate)

  • GST & TDS basics

  • Accuracy & time management

Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance)

Experience:

  • 6 to 2+ years
