Job Title: Accounting/Finance Executive

Location: Indore

Salary: ₹24,463 CTC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Accounting/Finance Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in commerce and hands-on expertise in accounting software, particularly Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records accurately

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping

• Prepare financial statements and reports

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Perform bank reconciliations

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

• Support internal audits and financial documentation

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance

• Strong expertise in Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime)

• Strong foundation in Accounting (Class 11 & 12 – Higher Secondary level)

• B.Com & M.Com (Compulsory)

• Additional professional qualifications (CA Inter, CMA, etc.) will be an added advantage

Desired Competencies:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
