This vital role ensures the seamless operation of the company's financial projects, maintains compliance with all regulatory and lending requirements, and directly supports the company's growth through effective working capital and project fund management.Key Responsibilities 📝I. Banking Operations & Compliance ManagementCredit Facilities: Manage all documentation and compliance requirements for existing and proposed credit lines, Working Capital facilities, Term Loans, and Non-Fund-Based facilities.Banking Liaisons: Act as the primary point of contact for all banking partners, coordinating regularly to manage drawdowns, repayments, and facility renewals.Document Submission: Ensure timely and accurate submission of all mandated documents to banks and financial institutions, including renewal applications and post-sanction compliance reports.Record Management: Maintain impeccable records and workflows for all financial projects, sanction letters, collateral documents, and bank correspondence.II. Financial Reporting & AnalysisCMA Reports: Prepare comprehensive and accurate Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) reports for bank submissions, including historical financial analysis and detailed financial projections (P&L, Balance Sheet, Fund Flow) for credit appraisal and renewal purposes.Stock Statements: Timely preparation and submission of Monthly/Quarterly Stock and Book Debt Statements to the banks to secure drawing power against working capital limits.Financial Data: Analyze and prepare financial data, forecasts, and reports required for internal management review and external stakeholder communication related to project funding.III.
