Record daily sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents before accounting.
Maintain customer, vendor, bank and general ledger accounts accurately.
Download bank statements and record all receipt and payment transactions.
Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Verify pending purchase invoices and complete purchase entries.
Maintain Accounts Payable and process vendor payments as approved.
Maintain Accounts Receivable and follow up for customer outstanding payments.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting-related compliance.
Maintain export-related accounting records and documents.
Record export sales, expenses and foreign inward remittance transactions.
