Job Location: Subhash Katra, Chandni Chowk, Delhi.

Description

Will be responsible for basic accounting, taxation and managing personal investment and assets portfolio of Directors

Accounting

· Maintaining and managing personal accounting (books of accounts, other related accounting work) and financial management for Directors

· Taxation- Direct /Indirect -Calculate & deposit advance tax, other taxes

· Coordinating with advisors for taxation/filings and compliances. Calculation of capital gains.

· Filing monthly GST R1 and GST 3B returns.

Investment Management

· Monitoring and assisting Directors with their investment portfolios

· Maintaining records of Investments, Insurance and assets

· Coordinating with advisors, brokers etc. and verification of fees

MIS & Reporting

· Preparing periodic MIS reports on expenses, investment portfolios and businesses

· Maintaining organized financial records and documentation of investments and properties.

· Assisting with Notary related, agreements, compliance paperwork

· Assist in documentation for insurance, banking etc.

Key Requirements

· B Com/MCom-Minimum qualification

· Minimum 5-7 years in personal accounting experience preferred

· Understanding of taxation and investment instruments

· Working knowledge of advance excel/Tally or any accounting software

· Clear Communication Skills
