Ridge Homes LLP is Hiring – Finance Executive

We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, and highly motivated Finance Executive who is passionate about delivering results. The ideal candidate should be someone who believes in smart work, takes ownership of responsibilities, thinks proactively, and brings fresh ideas to improve financial processes and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations efficiently

• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense planning

• Manage receivables, payables, and vendor payments

• Support payroll processing and statutory compliance

• Identify smarter financial processes to improve efficiency and control costs

• Work closely with management on financial planning and decision-making

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems

• Take initiative in solving financial and operational challenges
