We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the company. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliances, and hands-on experience in Tally, GST, and Excel-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure timely entries for all financial transactions.

• Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and related financial statements.

• Handle Bookkeeping, Audit, and Tax Returns including TDS, GST, EPF/ESI and other statutory compliances.

• Support in Taxation – VAT & Sales Tax computations and filing.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts.

• Manage Cash Flow, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking.

• Prepare reports and MIS statements as required by management.

• Assist in audits (internal and statutory) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Maintain documentation related to PAN, Aadhaar, and Bank Accounts as required.
  
  Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.

  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI/EPF, and other statutory compliances.

  • Good understanding of Balance Sheet, Bookkeeping, and Taxation concepts.

  • Attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
    
    Preferred Qualification:

    B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
