Job Title: Lifestyle Finance Executive – EMI Onboarding & Conversion

Department: Lifestyle Finance

Location: Yerwada/Vimannagar, Kharadi, Camp, Hadapsar, PCMC, Katraj

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 20,000CTC + Performance Based Incentive

Bike Mandatory. (Male & Female) Preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer EMI onboarding process smoothly and accurately.

• Guide customers on available EMI schemes and assist in selection as per eligibility.

• Ensure timely and accurate EMI conversion of purchases.

• Coordinate with internal teams and merchants for transaction verification and approvals.

• Maintain records of EMI onboarding and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Provide customer support and query resolution related to EMI products.

• Achieve assigned targets for EMI conversions and customer onboarding.

• Promote lifestyle finance products and contribute to business growth.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate with relevant experience in finance, telecalling, or customer onboarding preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of EMI products, finance processes, and documentation.

• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

• Target-oriented with problem-solving approach.
