We are looking for an Sr. Account & Finance Executive to join our team at at Orient Enterprise Gujarat Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and entries in SAP HANA.
Handle AP/AR, vendor & customer ledger reconciliation.
Manage online payments, bank reconciliation, receipts and cheque records.
Process vendor, utility and other company payments.
Handle GST, TDS and statutory compliance activities.
Support GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C work.
Manage staff advances, expense claims and credit card entries.
Track Export/SEZ documentation and pending documents.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Coordinate with CA, banks, vendors, customers and internal teams.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounts activities.
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate in B.com /M.com and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
