ACCOUNTS OFFICER (Position-Two)

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Processing of Purchase Order (PO) and Proforma Invoices (PI) related to Procurement of Pharma Products.

· Liaison with CFA and Distributors for the Sales of Pharma Products.

· Maintaining records and receipts of Purchases, Sales and Returns.

· Manages PT, TDS, GST and its processing.

· Reconciliation of daily, monthly and yearly transactions.

· Produce MIS reports to Auditors and Senior Management.

· Liaison with CA firm for Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual Compliances.

· Liaise with internal/External-Auditors/Consultants/Vendors/Suppliers/CFA/Distributors etc.

PRE-REQUISITES

(a) BCom/CA Intern/BBA/MBA-FINANCE

(b) Excellent in Kannada and English

(d) 1 to 3 years’ experience as Accounts Officer/Manager

(e) Excellent Knowledge of Inventory Management/GST/IT/IAS/IFRS

(f) Understanding of Commercial laws and disciplinary procedures

(g) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

(h) Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
