*Job Description: Accounts & Finance Executive*

*Company:* Zorgers Home Healthcare

*Location:* Mohali - Work From Office

*Timings:* 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | *Working Days:* Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

*Salary:* ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial reporting.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Accounting & Bookkeeping:* Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Zoho Books, maintain ledgers

- *Invoicing & Billing:* Prepare client invoices, payment follow-ups, and maintain billing records

- *Accounts Payable/Receivable:* Track expenses, vendor payments, and client collections

- *Payroll Support:* Assist in salary calculation, attendance reconciliation, reimbursements

- *Compliance:* Assist with GST, TDS, PF/ESI documentation and coordination with CA

- *Bank Reconciliation:* Handle bank statements, petty cash, and monthly reconciliation

- *Reporting:* Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, and cash flow reports for management

- *Documentation:* Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and financial records

*Requirements:*

- http://B.Com / http://M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent

- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance

- Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), and accounting software

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliances

- Good analytical skills, accuracy, and confidentiality

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

*What We Offer:*

- Fixed Salary: ₹35000 - ₹45,000 per month

- Day Shift: 10 AM - 7 PM, Monday to Saturday
