We are looking for an Accounts And Finance Executive to join our team at at Kavee Aircon. Job Summary: The Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations,
Handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking Process accounts payable and follow up on accounts receivable Review daily financial transactions in Tally/ERP systems Verify and process invoices, journal entries and reconciliations Perform bank reconciliations, ledger matching, and resolve discrepancies Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, stores, sales, etc.) Follow up with clients and vendors regarding invoices and payments Resolve vendor billing issues and track customer payments Prepare and share financial reports and dashboards (revenue, expenses, variance) TDS Payments & Filings GST Returns Monitor daily cash flow and assist in cash flow forecasting Support budgeting activities and ensure alignment with business goals
