Accounts And Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Accountant to manage both personal and business financial activities of the Director/Management. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling banking transactions, managing expenses, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage personal and official financial records of the Director/Management

-Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

-Handle vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and utility expenses

-Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance matters

-Track outstanding payments, advances, and recoveries

-Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries

-Maintain records of investments, loans, insurance, and liabilities

-Handle confidential financial and business documents with discretion

-Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and internal departments

-Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies

-Analyze bank statements and provide clarifications when required

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate/Post Graduate(MBA in finance, M.Com, B.Com ) and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
