Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager with 3–5 years of experience to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The role involves supporting strategic decision-making, managing day-to-day finance operations, and ensuring financial health and regulatory adherence of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls

• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants

• Support management reporting and MIS for business decisions

• Assist in financial planning, pricing, and profitability analysis

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities

• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies

• Improve financial processes, controls, and systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration

• Professional qualification such as CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation

• Proficiency in Excel and financial software (ERP, Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Experience in budgeting, audits, and statutory compliance
