Accounts And Finance Executive

We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team at Ina TechFM Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and manage accounting and financial operations for the organization. The tasks include maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and supporting compliance requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, maintaining proper documentation, and assisting in monthly and annual closing activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.

• Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

• Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts and Finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory. Candidates should possess good analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Candidates must be open to working Monday to Saturday.
