Desgination: Accounts Executive

Experience : 1–2+ Years

Qualification : Diploma / UG/ PG

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in core accounting and finance operations. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance

• Handle accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR)

• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and expense statements

• Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring

• Manage GST compliance including returns and reconciliations

• Support TDS, statutory deductions, and compliance activities

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing

• Prepare basic financial reports and MIS

• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation

• Support payroll processing and salary accounting

• Coordinate with auditors, Engineers, vendors, and internal teams

• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

• 1–2+ years of experience in core accounting & finance

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

• Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to audit coordination

• Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance

• Good communication and time-management skills
