Accounts And Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of our furniture retail showroom as well as the manufacturing unit. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally and be capable of handling end-to-end accounting processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete accounting for retail and manufacturing operations

• Handle sales, purchase, and journal entries accurately in Tally

• Maintain proper bookkeeping and financial records

• Perform bank updates and reconciliation

• Manage TDS & TCS calculations, filings, and compliance

• Oversee cash handling and daily cash flow management

• Coordinate with banks for transactions, queries, and documentation

• Maintain site-wise accounting and expense tracking

• Monitor and control operational expenses

• Assist in financial reporting and audits

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field

• 3–6 years of experience in accounting (preferably in furniture, retail, or manufacturing industry)

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, and taxation

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
