We are looking for a responsible Accounts and Finance Executive to manage daily accounting operations and financial records. The candidate will handle billing, inventory accounting, vendor payments, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records and entries in Excel.
Generate invoices and manage billing for orders and dispatch.
Maintain purchase and sales records.
Track warehouse inventory and coordinate with operations team.
Handle vendor payments and maintain vendor ledgers.
Prepare daily / weekly financial and stock reports.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GST regulations.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce or related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting.
Basic knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST.
Good communication and organizational skills.
