About the Role
Teleforce by Garuda Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll accounting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts, General Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet.
Handle AP/AR, vendor payments, customer billing and bank reconciliation.
Manage end-to-end GST compliance, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST reconciliation and ITC.
Handle TDS, Income Tax, Form 16/16A and TRACES.
Coordinate payroll accounting and manage EPF, ESIC, PT and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants and CAs for audits and assessments.
Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports and Budget vs Actuals.
Maintain internal financial controls and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Eligibility
B.Com is mandatory; M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter/CMA Inter preferred.
3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.
Experience in IT/SaaS/Telecom/Service industries preferred.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
