📢 WE ARE HIRING – E-COMMERCE ACCOUNTANT

Location: Mayapuri, New Delhi
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Accountant who can independently manage E-Commerce Operations, Accounts, Inventory, Order Management, Admin & Coordination work.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day E-Commerce Accounts & Operations
• Handle orders received from different E-Commerce Platforms/Marketplaces
• Manage Order Processing, Dispatch & Delivery
• Coordinate with Delivery Helpers, Drivers & Vendors and guide them regarding daily orders
• Maintain and monitor Inventory / Stock
• Track Sales, Purchase, Stock & Order Reports
• Manage E-Commerce Reconciliation, Payments, Returns & Refunds
• Prepare and maintain MIS Reports and Excel Reports
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing
• Handle basic Admin & Office Coordination work
• Monitor pending orders, delivered orders, cancelled orders and returned orders
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
• Should be capable of independently handling day-to-day E-Commerce, Accounts & Admin activities

🔹 Required Skills:

✅ Good knowledge of Accounts & Accounting Entries
✅ Inventory Management
✅ Order Processing & Dispatch Management
✅ Delivery/Helper Coordination
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel
✅ Good communication & coordination skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
✅ Problem-solving and follow-up skills

Preferred: Candidate having practical experience with E-Commerce marketplaces, inventory, order management and accounts will be preferred.
