We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at Eco Services. The role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger Management: Recording daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries.
Invoicing & Collections: Preparing and issuing invoices to clients; following up on overdue payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
Bank Reconciliation: Performing regular reconciliations of bank statements against the general ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Tax Compliance: Assisting in the preparation and filing of statutory returns, such as GST/VAT, TDS, and Income Tax.
Expense Management: Reviewing and processing employee expense claims and vendor payments.
Financial Reporting: Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L).
Audit Support: Providing necessary documentation and schedules for internal and external auditors.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is B.Com and 1-3 years of experience. MBA Finance would be added advantage. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and Advanced Excel
