Job Description – Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Market Yard, Sangli
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting, Tally, GST, and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Maintain cash, bank, customer, and vendor accounts.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
Track accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain proper records and documentation of financial transactions.
Prepare basic accounting reports as required by management.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, auditors, and internal teams when required.
Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and completed on time.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with practical experience in day-to-day accounting, GST, Tally, reconciliation, and handling customer/vendor accounts will be preferred.
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
