Role: Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and maintenance of Balance Sheet and financial statements
Stock reconciliation and inventory tracking
Handling GST filings, E-way bills, and TDS calculations & compliance
Preparation of Delivery Challans (DC) and ensuring proper documentation
Managing Purchase Orders (POs), invoicing, and quotations
Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow
Maintaining accurate accounting records and ledger entries
Bill of Entry filing (optional)
Requirements:
Strong understanding of accounting, GST, and TDS
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)
Experience in handling end-to-end billing and documentation cycle
Proficiency in MS Excel
High attention to detail and ownership mindset
2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
