Accounts And Finance Executive

Sia Automobiles Private Limited is hiring an Accountant cum Office Assistant for its Jeedimetla, Hyderabad office. The candidate will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, GST filing work, input tax credit-related matters, invoice preparation, expense tracking, cash flow monitoring, and maintenance of related records and documents. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally.[indeed]

• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and related documents.[indeed +1]

• Handle GST filing and assist in input tax credit reconciliation and related compliance work.[indeed +1]

• Track expenses, petty cash, payments, and cash flow records.[indeed +1]

• Maintain proper accounting records, files, and office documentation.[indeed]

• Assist with bank reconciliation and vendor/customer follow-up where required.[indeed]

• Support routine office administration work connected to accounts.[indeed]

Required Skills

• Tally knowledge is mandatory.[indeed]

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and GST.[indeed +1]

• Basic MS Excel and office documentation skills.[indeed +1]

• Good accuracy, responsibility, and willingness to learn.[indeed]
