Avinashi Ads is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GST and TDS compliance, and accounting software such as Tally ERP or Tally Prime. Candidates with prior experience working in a CA firm will be preferred.

Reports to: Head – Receivables & Banking

Experience: 1–4 years in accounts / billing / receivables

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise client invoices against POs, contracts and campaigns in Tally

• Verify PO, contract and campaign details (sites, dates, rates, photos) before billing

• Prepare and send invoice sets to clients as per their process (invoice, RO/PO, campaign photos)

• Maintain the daily outstanding (OS) report

• Record receipts and match payments to invoices; reconcile client ledgers

• Reconcile TDS deducted by clients with Form 26AS, follow up on mismatches and collect TDS certificates (Form 16A)

• Handle credit notes and commission entries

• Maintain proper records of POs, invoices and correspondence

Skills Required:

• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)

• Understanding of GST invoicing, TDS, Form 26AS reconciliation and basic accounting

• Good communication in English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage

• Accuracy, attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
