Avinashi Ads is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GST and TDS compliance, and accounting software such as Tally ERP or Tally Prime. Candidates with prior experience working in a CA firm will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.

• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.

• Record financial transactions and maintain proper accounting records.

• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities.

• Maintain and manage client accounts and ensure timely communication.

• Generate financial reports and support audit requirements.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting.

• Experience working in a CA firm is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping, GST, and TDS.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP or Tally Prime.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience.
