Job Description – Accounts & Finance Executive
Job Summary
The Accounts & Finance Executive is responsible for managing the organization's day-to-day accounting and financial operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Record and verify financial transactions in accounting systems.
Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain general ledgers.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate payroll processing and support internal and external audits.
Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
Support management with financial analysis and reporting for business decisions.
