Accounts And Finance Executive

Finance to join our manufacturing plant in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will report to the head of plant finance and handle MIS, Trade receivables/trade payables, quarterly /bi annual raw material settlements with customers and vendors through working and issuance of debit/credit notes to customers and vendors as well as plant internal finance controls. Knowledge of Product Costing and Bill of Material. Key Responsibilities:  MIS: Prepare annual budget or the plant and then present budgeted vs actual monthly financial MIS for the plant with variance analysis  Raw material retro period rate settlements: Quarterly /bi annual raw material settlements with customers and vendors through working and issuance of debit/credit notes to customers and vendors  Department Visits & Case Updates: Attend department hearings for gst and pre GST cases as per scheduled dates. Provide hearing updates to the management team.  Internal Plant Finance controls  Account payables bills management and Timely reconciliations with vendors  Accounts receivables management and Timely reconciliations with customer Desired Skills:  Strong understanding of cost accounting and P&L account  Experience with SAP ERP  Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.  Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlook up, pivot tables, etc)  Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.  Proactive approach and willingness to work across departments
