We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial records. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, invoicing, and billing processes. The role requires maintaining accurate financial data, coordinating with vendors and clients for payments, and supporting overall office accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting entries and records
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Manage purchase and sales entries
Maintain GST, TDS, and other financial documentation
Prepare expense reports and basic financial statements
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding accounts-related work
Maintain data in Excel and accounting software like Tally
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Accounts and Finance
Familiarity with Tally and MS Excel
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle office accounting work independently
Graduate/B.Com preferred
Freshers and experienced both can apply
