Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations at Urban Local Body (ULB) offices. The candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and bookkeeping, along with strong practical knowledge of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and financial records

• Handle GST compliance (returns, reconciliation, filing)

• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings

• Perform day-to-day accounting entries and ledger management

• Prepare financial reports and statements

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

• Coordinate with internal teams and government office staff

• Support audits and documentation work

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: M.Com + 1 year of relevant experience

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounting, GST, and TDS

• Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST & TDS

• Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting software

• Good understanding of financial compliance

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic communication and coordination skills

Additional Information

• Candidates must be comfortable working from Nagar Nigam / ULB offices

• Immediate joiners preferred
