Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally and fundamental accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial management. This role will handle core accounting operations, billing, purchasing, and support in payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting entries in Tally.

• Manage sales billing, purchase invoices, vendor coordination, and payments.

• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and expense reports.

• Ensure accurate documentation of financial data and statutory records.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance tasks.

• Support payroll processing, including attendance and salary data.

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial updates and reports.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting.

• Working knowledge of Tally and basic tax compliance.

• Strong Excel skills and understanding of accounting principles.

• Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and time management.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within IT / SaaS / AI-based organizations.

• Practical exposure to GST returns, TDS filing & vendor reconciliations.
