We are looking for an Accounts admin to join our team at Transvision Shipping Private Limited. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, reconciling purchase, and overseeing general office administration and documentation. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate travel arrangements, process visa applications, and support the recruitment pipeline. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹24,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Check & manage daily accounting tasks including sales invoicing, purchase booking, Bank entries & reconciliation.
Monthly GSTR-2B Reconciliation with Purchase and Assist in Audit work.
Manage travel & hotel arrangement for employees, process visa application.
Assist in Recruitment & Payroll.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
