About the Client:
The client is a growing and established retail brand managing multiple specialized store locations.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, data entry, and administrative operations across all retail stores. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, accuracy in record-keeping, and the ability to coordinate effectively with store teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Data Entry: Record daily store sales, expenses, and purchases; maintain invoices and receipts; reconcile cash/bank deposits; and assist with bookkeeping.
Administration: Maintain employee attendance and staff documentation; manage operational files and compliance records; and handle vendor coordination.
Store Coordination: Collect and verify daily reports from all retail locations, follow up on pending documentation, and assist management with MIS reports.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, Accounting, or a related field).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounts, administration, or a retail operations role.
Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel, computer operations, and basic accounting concepts.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, and excellent coordination skills.
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Management Team
