We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator cum Accountant to manage both administrative operations and financial activities of the organization. This dual role requires strong organizational skills, accounting expertise, and the ability to handle day-to-day office management efficiently.
Accounting & Finance
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, VAT, etc.) and statutory regulations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Administration
Oversee office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll processing.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination and onboarding.
Ensure smooth communication across departments and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience: 1–3 years in accounting and administrative roles (ERP/Tally/MS Excel proficiency preferred).
Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, or other accounting software.
