Accounts Admin

We are looking for an Accounts Admin to join our team at at S. K. Dhawan And Associates. We need someone who hgas experience in Tally, Excel, Marg and knows how to file GST Returns, TDS, Income Tax Returns, Prepare Balance Sheet etc. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely GST filings, TDS Filing, Income Tax Returns filing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

• Allocate tasks among employees

• Continuous monitoring and reporting on the completion of tasks and efficiency of employees

• Raising of bills to clients

• Communication with client

• Accounting in Tally

  We require someone who has:

• Knowledge of Accounting in Tally

• Proficient in Tally, Excel and Word.

• Good Communication Skills

• Good Management Skills

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate - with COMMERCE BACKGROUND and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
