Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial record keeping. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and experience in handling billing, GST, and bank reconciliation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP software
Handle sales and purchase billing
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and ledgers
Manage GST calculation, filing, and compliance
Perform bank reconciliation and cash book management
Maintain records of receivables and payables
Coordinate with internal departments for payment follow-ups
Assist in monthly financial reporting
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software
Understanding of GST and basic taxation
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential financial data

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / Any Commerce Graduate
