Job Title: Accountant
Organization: Raksha Hostel & Hotel

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall financial operations for Raksha Hostel & Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions in Excel and accounting software
Maintain proper bookkeeping and financial records
Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly/quarterly)
Assist in preparing balance sheets and other financial statements
Handle GST filing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Work on Tally for accounting and reporting purposes
Monitor expenses, revenues, and financial discrepancies

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel
Experience with Tally software
Understanding of GST filing and compliance
Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field
Prior experience in hospitality or similar sector is a plus
