We are looking for a responsible Office Admin cum Accountant to manage daily office administration and basic accounting tasks. The candidate should have knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting processes. The role includes handling sales and purchase entries, stock management, bank transactions, staff records, and payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Tally Work
Maintain Sales and Purchase entries in Tally
Record bank transactions and reconcile accounts
Manage daily accounting entries
Maintain financial records and reports
Stock Management
Maintain stock inward and outward records
Track inventory movement in Tally
Coordinate with store/warehouse for stock updates
Office Administration
Maintain staff attendance records
Prepare and manage staff salary details
Handle general office documentation
Payment & Collection
Call customers for payment follow-ups
Maintain payment collection records
Coordinate with management for outstanding payments
Data Management
Perform data entry in Excel
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Prepare simple reports and summaries
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Basic understanding of sales, purchase, and accounting
Good communication skills for payment follow-up calls
Organized and responsible with attention to detail
1–3 years experience preferred (Freshers with Tally knowledge can also apply)
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GST entries in Tally
Experience handling inventory/stock records
Ability to manage multiple office tasks
