1 . Punctuality

Reach the office on time every day and maintain regular attendance as per company policy.

2.Pending Work Review

Discuss any pending work with the concerned team or manager and ensure timely follow-up and closure.

3. Upstox Operations

Update the online sheet for Delivery and Pickup on a daily basis.

Share daily status updates in the WhatsApp group regarding completed and pending deliveries/pickups.

4. Courier Management

Follow up with courier partners for reverse pickups and ensure timely collection.

Update and maintain the courier online tracking sheet with shipment details.

Verify and check courier bills for accuracy before processing.

5. Employee Management

Update daily attendance records for employees.

Maintain and update records in the ESSL attendance system.

Perform salary calculations based on attendance, leave, and other applicable factors.

6. GST Compliance

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) for the following companies:

Aizah Infotech

Tahir Car Care

Super Car Care

Live In Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Ensure timely filing and accuracy of GST data.

7. Bank Statement Management

Download and maintain DBS bank statements.

Verify transactions and maintain proper financial records.

8. Sales Invoicing

Prepare and issue sales invoices for customers.

Maintain proper records of invoices for accounting and GST purposes.
