We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team at Holistic Delights Private Limited. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting, administrative work, and backend operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to FMCG operations and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, and Shopify website backend management. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.
Managing invoices, purchase entries, sales records, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts.
Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings.
Analyze financial data to provide insights on the company’s liquidity and financial health.
Preparing and maintaining Excel-based sheets for regular company data and MIS updates
Supporting day-to-day admin and office operations
Assisting in backend handling of the company’s e-commerce website
Supporting operations for Amazon Seller Central and Blink-it vendor accounts
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books.
