Job Title: Accounts & Admin Executive Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to manage financial records, coordinate logistics, and support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
Handle and manage import/export invoices and related documentation
Coordinate parcel shipments and logistics with vendors and partners
Prepare and file invoices, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Maintain organized records of purchases and transactions
Coordinate regularly with the Australian team for accounting and operational matters
Assist in administrative tasks to support smooth business operations
Requirements
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero) is preferred
An understanding of the Australian market is an added advantage
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Good telephone communication skills for coordination and follow-ups
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Skills
Experience in import/export documentation
Prior experience in accounts and admin roles
