We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account cum Administration Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities along with administrative duties such as purchase coordination and data entry. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Tally and Google Sheets, and be able to manage both financial and office administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
• Handle daily accounting entries in Tally including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain petty cash and update expenses regularly.
• Prepare and reconcile vendor and client ledgers.
• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
• Support in monthly closing and financial reports.
Administration:
• Manage purchase-related activities — obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors.
• Maintain and update inventory and purchase records.
• Enter purchase and expense data accurately into Tally and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with different departments for material requirements and office needs.
• Handle general office administration tasks such as maintaining files, bills, and documents.
• Follow up with vendors for invoices, deliveries, and payments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Tally (ERP9 or Prime) and Google Sheets / Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and documentation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
