Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage Tax Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Delivery Challans and E-Way Bills.
Create and maintain Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders, Challans and Quotations.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, purchase and sales records.
Track customer payments, outstanding amounts and vendor payments.
Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal teams for billing and documentation.
Maintain material inward/outward records and dispatch documentation.
Assist with GST documentation, bank reconciliation and accounts-related work.
Manage daily back-office operations, filing and record keeping.
Candidate Requirements
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
Understanding of GST billing, invoices and accounting procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Must be punctual organized, accurate and responsible.
Experience in IT, AV, Electronics or System Integration companies will be an advantage.
