Daily Accounting:
Record day-to-day transactions in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).
Maintain petty cash and update daily expense records.
Bank & Finance:
Handle bank reconciliation and ensure records match with statements.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
GST & TDS:
Support in preparing and filing GST and TDS returns.
Maintain records of invoices and tax-related documents.
Invoicing & Documentation:
Generate and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
Organize bills, receipts, and supporting documents properly.
Administrative Work:
Handle office administration tasks such as stationery, filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers as needed.
Support HR or management in day-to-day office operations.
Reporting & Coordination:
Assist in monthly closing and coordination with senior accountant or auditor.
Prepare basic Excel reports for management when required.
Experience using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting practices
Good skills in Microsoft Excel & MS Office
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to handle admin tasks and support office operations
Strong communication and organizational skills
