1. Store Packaging – Basic Job Description & Knowledge

Role Purpose

Responsible for proper packing, labeling, and handling of goods to ensure safe storage and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing finished goods as per company standards

• Labeling packages with product details, batch number, and quantity

• Ensuring packaging materials are available and used correctly

• Checking products for damage before packing

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the packing area

• Coordinating with store, dispatch, and production teams

• Following safety and quality guidelines

Basic Knowledge Required

• Understanding of packaging materials (boxes, cartons, wraps, etc.)

• Basic counting and record-keeping

• Handling fragile or perishable items

• Awareness of safety and hygiene practices

• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

2. Accountant – Basic Job Description & Knowledge

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing financial records, transactions, and basic accounting operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Recording daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses)

• Maintaining books of accounts

• Preparing invoices, vouchers, and bills

• Handling cash, bank entries, and reconciliations

• Assisting in GST/TDS calculations and filings (if applicable)

• Supporting monthly and yearly financial reports

• Coordinating with auditors and management

Basic Knowledge Required

• Accounting principles (debit, credit, journal entries)

• Knowledge of tally / accounting software (preferred)

• Basic taxation concepts (GST, TDS – as applicable)

• MS Excel (basic formulas, reports)

• Understanding of financial statements
