*Job Title: Account Executive*

*Location:*paschim vihar

*Job Type:* Part-Time

*Timings:* 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

*Salary:* ₹10,000 per month

*Reporting To:* CA / Senior Accountant

*Job Summary*

We are looking for an Account Executive who can handle billing work and maintain book keeping records. Must track payments received and pending. Good knowledge of Tally software is required. You will work directly under a CA.

*Key Responsibilities*

- *Billing Work:* Create and maintain daily sales/purchase invoices, debit/credit notes

- *Book Keeping:* Enter all vouchers in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime - payment, receipt, journal, contra

- *Payment Tracking:* Maintain party-wise ledgers to track received and pending payments

- *Reconciliation:* Reconcile bank statements and party ledgers

- *Reporting:* Provide monthly GST, TDS data and debtor/creditor lists to the CA

- *Documentation:* Filing of all bills, vouchers and accounting documents

*Requirements*

- *Education:* http://B.Com / http://M.Com preferred

- *Experience:* 2 to years

- *Software Skills:* Practical knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is a must

- *Skills:* Basic MS Excel, attention to detail, understanding of accounts

- *Other:* Punctual and honest candidate
