Job Overview

Hum apni grow karti hui company Huma Power & Tower Pvt. Ltd. ke liye ek energetic aur detail-oriented Accountant ki talash mein hain. Agar aapko Tally, GST compliance, aur daily business accounts manage karne ka accha anubhav hai, toh hum aapka swagat karte hain.

Aapka main role company ke financial records ko accurate rakhna aur daily transactions ko smoothly manage karna hoga.

Key Responsibilities (Kaam aur Zimmedariyan)

• Daily Bookkeeping: Tally Prime ya Tally ERP mein daily sales, purchase, receipts, payments, aur journal entries pass karna.

• Taxation & Compliance: GST basics ko samajhna, invoice preparation karna, aur GST/TDS reconciliation sheet taiyar karne mein madad karna.

• Banking Operations: Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) banana aur bank-related transactions ko daily monitor karna.

• Financial Documentation: Ledger posting, vouchers maintain karna, aur Balance Sheet/P&L preparation mein assist karna.

• Data Management: Advance Excel ka use karke financial data aur records ko organize aur maintain rakhna.

Requirements & Qualifications (Yogyaata)

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / B.Voc (Accounting/Commerce stream se graduation).

• Technical Skills: Tally Prime/ERP ka practical knowledge mandatory hai.

• Tools: MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table ki basic samajh) aur MS Word par acchi pakad.

• Experience: 0 to 2 saal tak ka experience (Freshers jinhone practical ICA/CIA accounting course kiya hai, unka bhi swagat hai).

• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, imaandari, aur team ke saath milkar kaam karne ki chamta.
